Cantang grouper (Epinephelus sp.) is one of the Export Oriented commodities which a mainstay in increasing Indonesian mariculture production. The disease that causes many deaths cantang Viral Nervous Necrosis. One most effective ways by giving vaccines to fish. This study aims develop recombinant protein Chlorella vulgaris vaccine with addition an adjuvant increase immunity infected VNN. method used was experimental Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consiting seven treatments and three replications, namely (K+) VNN, (T1) Healthy given 33 µl vaccine, (T2) 66 µl, (T3) 112 (T4) ul then tested against Necrosis, (T5) (T6) fish were 8-10 cm size reared for 56 days. results showed gave very significant effect on VNN best dose seen from relative protection level (RPS) (75,6%), survival (78%) after challenge test antibody titer.
